Empire
Empire Stores Office Space
The Empire Stores Building was originally constructed in 1879 for use as a coffee warehouse during the civil war. After sitting vacant for 60 years, the building was redeveloped in 2013 as a combined shopping, office space, and culinary mixed use destination space in Brooklyn’s DUMBO neighborhood.
The office renovation within the building serves as a global headquarters for a major furniture retail company.
Work completed as Project Architect while working at VMAD. Completed in 2016
